NowNet Arts Conference is an annual event for artists, technologists, researchers, educators, and industry professionals advancing topics in contemporary network arts for the ongoing development of the field. The theme for our 8th Annual Conference "Network Arts in Contemporary Culture" explores the medium in our current world. What are the artistic, technological, and social roles for network arts in contemporary culture? How can network arts works innovate international contemporary arts? How can network arts inspire technology developments and new cultural infrastructure? How can network arts connect cultures and create new realities of human interconnection? What are transformative qualities of network arts as a contemporary culture? The NowNet Arts Conference 2025 invites papers, panels, presentations, workshops, performance demonstrations, and innovations that explore how network arts transform contemporary culture, inspire technological advancements, and create new possibilities for global connections.
